[환불 정책]

- 환불 신청 방법 : fromm 고객센터 > 환불
- 공연 시작 하루 전인 24.10.12 까지 접수를 기준으로 환불이 가능합니다.
- 라이브를 시청하신 경우 환불 신청 여부와 관계 없이 환불이 불가합니다.



[유의사항]

- 본 공연은 동일한 계정을 이용한 중복 시청이 불가능하며, 
중복 접속 시 재생이 종료됩니다.
- 본 공연은 온라인 생중계 공연으로 만 7세 이상 시청 가능합니다. 
- 공연 시간과 러닝타임은 현장 중계 사정에 의해 변경될 수
있습니다.

- 재생 권장 환경:
브라우저 : Chrome 70버전 / 사파리 10버전 이상 시청 권장 (Explorer는 권장하지 않습니다.)
PC : Windows 10 버전 / MAC OS 10.12 버전 이상

모바일 : Android 8버전 이상 / iOS 11버전 이상

네트워크 : 100Mbps 이상

- 장시간 재생을 위하여 와이파이 환경을 권장하며 LTE 사용 시 
데이터 사용은 본인이 부담합니다.
- 영상은 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p 품질로 제공 되며, 권장사항 이상의 인터넷 속도 환경에서도 가입 중인 통신사의 네트워크 
환경 / 데이터 상황 및 기타 외부 네트워크 요인에 의해 영상, 음성에 차질이 생길 수 있습니다.
- 공연 생중계 내용에 대한 보안 유지상 온라인 생중계 화면의 사진 배포, 촬영이나 녹음, 녹화, 라이브 스트리밍 행위를 
전면 금지합니다. 
- 라이브 내용을 사진 촬영, 영상 녹화 및 유포할 경우, 민형사상의 책임을 질 수 있으며 녹음 / 녹화된 자료는 삭제 등의 불이익이 
있을 수 있습니다.
- 불법적인 티켓 또는 계정 거래 및 배포는 모니터링 되고 있음을 
알려드리며, 예매처의 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 구매 및 개인 간의 거래로 인한 피해의 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사 / 주관사 / 예매처 / 플랫폼 사에는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 티켓 판매 근절에 협조 부탁드립니다.

[Refund Policy]

- How to apply for a refund: fromm Customer Center > Refund
- Refund requests will only be accepted until 2024.10.12
- If you have watched the live stream, refunds will not be possible regardless of the refund request status. 



[Notice]

- Simultaneous viewing using the same account is not allowed, and playback will stop in case of multiple logins.
- The live online broadcast is only available for viewers aged 7 and older.
- The concert schedule and running time may change due to live broadcast conditions.

- Recommended viewing environment:
Browser: Chrome (version 70 or higher) / Safari (version 10 or higher) (Explorer is not recommended)
PC: Windows 10 / Mac OS version 10.12 or higher
Mobile: Android version 8 or higher / iOS version 11 or higher
Network: 100Mbps or higher

- For longer viewing periods, Wi-Fi is recommended. If using LTE, data usage is the viewer’s responsibility.
- The video will be available in 1080p, 720p, 480p, and 360p, but video and audio may be affected by the network environment of your telecom provider or external factors even if you meet the recommended internet speed.
- For security reasons, taking photos, recording, or live streaming of the online broadcast is strictly prohibited. Sharing photos or videos of the live stream may result in legal penalties, and any recorded materials must be deleted to avoid further consequences.
- Monitoring of illegal ticket or account sales is in place, and any issues arising from purchases made through unofficial channels are the buyer's responsibility. The organizers, ticketing platform, and associated parties are not liable. Please help prevent illegal ticket sales.
